PSU selling ‘Chad Powers’ merchandise after Eli Manning skit

Former New York Giants quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champion Eli Manning recently went viral after he pretended to try out for the Penn State Nittany Lions football team as a character named “Chad Powers” for an edition of his ESPN “Eli’s Places” program. 

Penn State wisely isn’t letting the craze go to waste. 

TMZ Sports notes that a Penn State spokesperson has confirmed that official school bookstore locations, sales trailers around Beaver Stadium, and other approved outlets will begin selling Powers-related merchandise on Saturday ahead of the afternoon non-conference game against the Central Michigan Chippewas. The Penn State Athletics Twitter account shared pictures of the shirts that may become must-own products among PSU fans who also cheer for the Giants:
